Fintech Altus is to rebrand as Equisoft following its takeover by the global financial services software firm Equisoft.
Altus says that while names are changing there will be no change to products and services.
The name change will take effect starting 24 January.
Business areas moving under the Equisoft name include:
•Altus Transfer Gateway (ATG) will become Equisoft/transfer
•Altus Pension Gateway (APG) will become Equisoft/pay
•Altus Investment Gateway (AIG) will become Equisoft/trade for administrators
•Altus Funds Gateway (AFG) will become Equisoft/trade for asset managers
Altus’s Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) ISP service, Pension Fusion, will be operated under the Equisoft banner.
Altus was founded in 2005 and provides consultancy services and automation software to over 100 clients in the pensions, general insurance, investment platforms and wealth management sectors.
