Chime promotes Jennifer Kuperman to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer


We’re excited to announce that Jennifer Kuperman has been promoted to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer after serving as Chime’s SVP of Corporate Affairs. During her time at Chime, Jennifer has united the company’s communications, public relations, government and public affairs, social impact, and corporate brand functions under one roof, expanding her team’s impact both within and outside of Chime. 

 

In her new role as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Jennifer remains a Chime Executive Committee member and will continue reporting to Chime Co-Founder and CEO, Chris Britt. She will carry on aligning corporate affairs across the organization and amplifying the work every team at Chime does.

Prior to joining Chime, Jennifer was the Head of International Corporate Affairs for Alibaba Group, where she led communications strategy for the global e-commerce giant, including for its record-breaking IPO. She was previously Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Marketing and Reputation at Visa Inc. and served as Chief of Staff to the company’s CEO. She is a board member of Post Holdings (NYSE: POST), Bellring Brands (NYSE: BRBR), Post Holdings Partnering Corporation (NYSE: PSPC.U), and Kyriba. She received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
