Edcon Call Centre Contact details
Edcon recently sent out a communication to Debt Counsellors that they have changes some of the contact details which Debt Counsellors use in regard to debt review matters.
The recent email stated that as of the end of March Edcon are now operating their call centre with the following contact number:
011 891 8600
The Edcon call centre can be contacted between 8Am till 9Pm throughout the week and even on Saturday. They say it will also be open on public holidays.

Edcon have also changed the details on some of their debt review related contact email addresses.
Those wanting to get Certificates of Balance or to correspond regarding Withdrawals (or just general queries) should contact: debtreview@edcon.co.za
Debt Review proposals and obtained debt restructuring court orders must be sent to proposals@edcon.co.za
